Laura is a caring, passionate and energetic Sports Massage Therapist. Laura, who previously worked for most of her career within the corporate world, decided to retrain within her passion, Manual Physical Therapy

Laura takes an honest, open and holistic approach when consulting with patients. She believes in building a strong relationship and rapport with every patient. She believes in understanding all aspects of her life to fully understand her patients needs and how ultimately, she can tailor a treatment plan to their needs.

Laura is passionate about providing the very best manual therapy solutions to her patients. She focuses on really understanding what is going on with the patient’s body and connecting the dots. She is passionate about physical health and fitness, often incorporating this knowledge into treatment plans. Laura’s goal is to always provide pain relief through a variety of manual treatment methods and to have her patients feeling back to their best! Laura is always researching different manual therapy methods as she continues to up-skill her knowledge base. She continues to complete further training courses – always keeping her finger on the pulse as to new treatment methods and modalities

Approach to Care

Laura has a real passion for physical fitness, well-being and the anatomy of the body. Her approach is very personable and relaxed as she wants to understand her patients from head to toe. She tailor makes each and every treatment plan, using a variety of manual therapy methods and explains in detail the real benefits of all methods and how this can benefit the individual. The patient experience is always paramount to Laura and she continues to incorporate new additional personal touches into her sessions, providing confidence, a relaxed environment and reassurance to every patient
